Meridian Financial Tower Reaches Topping-Out Milestone

Meridian Financial Tower has officially topped out at 42 storeys, marking the completion of the structural frame ahead of the building's targeted Q4 2023 handover.

The milestone was marked with a ceremony attended by the project team, client representatives and city officials, recognising over two years of structural works delivered without a lost-time injury.

Curtain wall installation is now underway, with MEP fit-out and interior works progressing in parallel across the lower 20 floors.
