Azure Residences comprises three interconnected towers delivering 420 luxury units, a private marina club, spa and rooftop amenity deck.

Challenges

Waterfront construction required careful coastal engineering to manage tidal and erosion risk.

Our Solutions

A reinforced piled sea wall and integrated drainage system were designed in partnership with a coastal engineering specialist.
